This Privacy Policy explains what information Chris Goodbaudy Insurance Agency (“the agency,” “we,” “I”) collects when you use the website at cginsagency.com or submit a quote request, and how that information is used. We treat your data the way a small, single-broker shop should: minimally, purposefully, and never for sale.

Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a quote request or inquiry through this website, you provide some combination of:

• Your first and last name
• Phone number and email address
• Employer name and group size (group quote requests)
• Number of dependents and dates of birth (group quote requests)
• Medicare Part B enrollment status and date, if applicable
• Free-text notes about what you’re looking for
• An optional census file (CSV, Excel, or PDF, up to 4 MB) for group quote requests

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial information, or medical records through the website. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Provide quotes and run carrier comparisons
• Contact you about coverage options
• For Medicare inquiries specifically: forward your inquiry to a credentialed Medicare-specialist partner, with your knowledge

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to do the work you’ve asked us to do:

• Carriers, when running quotes on your behalf
• Our credentialed Medicare-specialist partner, for /medicare-inquiry submissions
• Resend, the transactional email service that delivers messages between us

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share it for advertising purposes.

Group prospects who choose to complete the full questionnaire are taken to Zenewals, a separate service that collects that information under its own privacy policy. This website does not transmit your form data to Zenewals.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are delivered to the agency by email and are not stored in a database on this website. Quote-related lead data is retained for the duration of the agency relationship plus the state-required retention period under Oregon insurance recordkeeping rules.

Your rights

You may:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request that we delete your data
• Opt out of future communications

How we protect your data

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and delivered to the agency by email. No system is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard practices to protect what you share with us.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
